In clinic I am often asked about exercises that will help with various structural complaints and help to ease tension with in the spine. If there was only one exercise I could recommend it would be this one. Many people tend to get bored or forget to do exercises which is why, if you're only going to do one.... make it count! This is a great exercise to help set up your body for the day. It can also be used throughout the day to help relieve tension if you've been sat at a desk or been doing a repetitive task.
As with any new exercises always make sure to work within your own comfort range and if in doubt consult a professional before trying the exercise.
